About Heidi:
I provide an empathetic, collaborative, and strengths-focused approach to assist clients in defining their goals, reframing their narrative, and to creating realistic expectations for growth and healing. My clients are highly motivated to develop skills and strategies for overcoming life’s challenges, restoring balance, and fostering resilience.
I bring over 20 years of experience working in the fields of mental health and law enforcement. Having served in law enforcement for over 13 years. I understand the unique lifestyle challenges as well as the emotional and psychological hurdles faced by those in high-stress professions. I provide a judgment-free, confidential space where you can heal, restore hope, and work toward meaningful change. We will work together to help you build the skills needed to not just survive but thrive, even in difficult situations.
My areas of support include anxiety and stress management, problematic sexual behavior, career burnout prevention and recovery, occupational stress, life transitions and career changes, vicarious trauma and compassion fatigue, grief and loss, and moral injury.
I offer in-office and telehealth sessions to provide flexible options that meet your needs.
